About us:

The Youthgroup has been going for many years with a small to medium sized group, we do many different activites including: Bowling, Zone3, Camping, Boardgames night, Bible Studies, Music things, and lots more.

When:

We usually meet every second Saturday, around 5:30pm. For information on the latest planned events either checkout our news (below), or get into contact with us.

Who:

Ages range from Year 7 upwards.

It's getting to that time of the year when things go quicker, get busier, and we all wish we had less commitments. No? Well, I do anyway!
Since I am such an organisation freak, here are all the various Youthgroup commitments until the start of December.

Ten-Pin Bowling

Since for many of us this is around our Exam time, we will end early. Around 8:30-9pm...

Saturday, 4th November
Garage Sale
8am @ YarraUniting
As usual, turn up when you can. But we need a few people ready to start at 8am!

Saturday, 11th November
Chalk-Chase & Childrens Christmas party planning
5:30pm @ YarraUniting
While the light lasts we'll have a Chalk-Chase, and then have some brainstorming for the Childrens Christmas party.

Saturday, 25th November
End of Year bring-a-friend fun night! Includes: Dinner, Zone3, and a short Night Tour!
4:30pm @ YarraUniting
Cost: $20 (TBA)
Bring a Friend along and enjoy the fun!!

The dates for the next few Youth Groups have been set:

• 9th September
• 23rd September - Pre-stump planning (to be confirmed)
  (- 30th September - BLACKSTUMP)
• 14th October (note, this is now the 'other' fornight)
• 28th October
• 11th November
• 25th November

The start time is officially 5:30pm.
So, unless you hear otherwise YouthGroup will be on and it will start at 5:30pm.

We've currently got nothing planned for any of the dates (but the stump planning one), so, if you have any ideas send them to Kerrie, myself, or the list.

Finally, can you confirm that you are able to be at the Stump Planning meeting, if you are coming to stump? If many people cannot come, it will be moved.

Chocolate Making Night

For those of us (like me up until 5 minutes ago) who don't know whats going on this weekend (aka Saturday 24th June), we will be having a Chocolate making night - to make stuff for the Arts and Crafts Show!

We'll start at 5:30pm! Although, Kerrie will be getting there early, around 4:30pm, so if you are bored or just want to spend more time about the wonderful melted chocolate smell, turn up anytime after 4:30!

Also, just a reminder, if you are coming to BlackStump this year, you need to register and get your money to me ASAP! The first cutoff is less then a month away!!
